Welcome to
Compassionate Conversations!

Your emotions, behaviors, and beliefs are a reflection of what you’ve been through and how you’ve adapted.
Imagine if our pain could show us what we need and lead us toward healing.
In this space, we’ll take a closer look at your experiences and uncover how they’ve shaped your journey, helping you make sense of everything along the way.
You’re perfectly human.
Your journey matters—let's explore it together.

“My personal journey has inspired me to support people dealing with mood disorders, relationship challenges, chronic emotional and physical pain, anxiety, family and complex trauma, the effects of a loved one’s incarceration, and childhood trauma. I'm here to help you navigate these challenges with understanding and care.”
Handling feelings of self-doubt, shame, guilt, sadness, mood swings, or anger all on your own can feel really overwhelming and tiring. You don’t have to go through it alone.
Together, we can create a safe space for understanding and compassion as you navigate your journey.
Reasons clients come to see me
Here are some of the reasons people come to see me: to work through tough emotions, manage mood challenges, improve relationships, heal from past experiences, deal with anxiety, and find support through life’s ups and downs.
Whatever you’re going through,
I’m here to help.
Therapy for Healing Attachment and Trauma Wounds
The parts of yourself that feel challenging, whether in your own behavior or in others, may have once helped you through tough moments. Together, we’ll explore and better understand these parts, nurturing compassion for them, so you can take steps toward the life you want to create.
Therapy for Grief
Grief can take many forms. It might come from losing someone, or from not getting the steady care and support we needed. Everyone grieves differently, and there’s no “right” way to go through it. Therapy can offer a supportive space to process your grief, make sense of your experience, and begin to heal in your own time.
Therapy for Emotional and Mood Challenges
Dealing with mood swings, self-doubt, shame, sadness, guilt, or anger all by yourself can be really exhausting. You’re not meant to go through these tough emotions alone. Together, we can create space for understanding and compassion as you navigate your journey.
Therapy for Immigrants (First & Second Generation), International Students & Workers in Vancouver
As a first-generation South Korean immigrant, I deeply understand the unique challenges faced by international students and workers. From adapting to new environments and long-distance relationships to navigating interracial dynamics and the stresses of immigration, I’m here to offer warm support and guidance.
Healing the Inner Child
Through inner-child work, we walk alongside your younger self, tending to past wounds and unmet needs while opening space for new patterns of compassion, resilience, and connection.
Like you, I have found that counselling has helped me with my anxiety and grief.
I’m no stranger to self-doubt, guilt, depression, shame, anger, grief, or mood swings. Having navigated fibromyalgia, panic attacks, and complex PTSD, I bring deep empathy to clients facing the emotional effects of health and life stressors.
