In-Person and Online Counselling for Adults in Vancouver, BC

Compassionate counselling for adults navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, cultural identity, immigration stress, and life transitions.

There is a reason you feel the way you do.

Your journey matters—let's explore it together.

You may be feeling anxious, emotionally tired, stuck in self-criticism, or unsure why certain patterns keep showing up in your relationships. You may be grieving, navigating family or cultural expectations, or carrying experiences that still affect how you feel about yourself today.

Therapy can be a space to slow down, make sense of what you have been through, and begin relating to yourself with more compassion. Together, we can explore your emotions, protective patterns, body responses, and relationship needs at a pace that feels supportive.

Counselling can support you with

Attachment and Trauma Wounds

For childhood trauma, family patterns, relational wounds, people-pleasing, and difficulty feeling safe with others.

Grief and Loss

Support for losing a loved one, relationship endings, distance from family, health changes, immigration grief, and the pain of not receiving the care and support you needed.

Anxiety and Emotional Overwhelm

For overthinking, panic, self-doubt, shame, guilt, sadness, anger, or mood swings.

Cultural Identity and Immigration Stress

For Asian, Korean, immigrant, multicultural, and bi-racial clients navigating family expectations, belonging, and life between cultures.

Relationship Challenges

For communication struggles, boundaries, emotional disconnection, and recurring patterns in close relationships.

Inner Child Healing

For tending to younger parts of yourself that carry unmet needs, fear, shame, or loneliness.

Culturally sensitive counselling in Vancouver

I offer counselling for Asian, Korean, immigrant, multicultural, and bi-racial clients, as well as clients from many different backgrounds who want therapy that makes space for culture, family history, identity, and belonging.

Many people come to counselling after carrying things alone for a long time. My hope is to offer a space where your emotions, history, and protective patterns can be understood with care rather than judgment.

Handling feelings of self-doubt, shame, guilt, sadness, mood swings, or anger all on your own can feel really overwhelming and tiring. You don’t have to go through it alone.

Together, we can create a safe space for understanding and compassion as you navigate your journey.
